The Duplex is situated on the east side of the farmhouse and is the most private of all our properties.

Originally a stable the living area of the gite is warmly decorated with exposed beams, a comfy sofa and a dining table, there is a large open plan kitchen to the side.

Outside there is a tiled patio and large private garden.

"This was our second stay at Le Moulin Boutillon, we came in May 2012 and fell in love with the place. The accommodation is clean, spacious and has everything you would need, perfect for families and children, the pool is incredible. I'd love to keep Le Moulin Boutillon a secret so we can always get a place but its too good not to recommend to others, for price, location, service, fun it is our favourite. Enjoy."
